If you’re 5’4, 27/28 waist and have 32C or 34B bitties - it’s perfect
Absolutely adorable dress but anyone with a larger chest will have issues. The bra area actually has silicone to keep things in place. If you’re 5’4 or taller you will not need to get this hemmed!
