      Hand wash in cold water and use a mild soap or detergent. No bleach. Please don't put your swimwear in the dryer. To dry please hang or lay flat in a shady area. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen. Fake tanning products can also mark your bikini. If using these products please ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your bikini.

          During this tricky time, DHL is experiencing a high volume and demand of online orders. This may affect the time frame of shipment for your parcel. We ask to please add 5 business days to our regular shipment time to accomodate for the potential of a delay in delivery.           For orders with a value over $190 shipping will be FREE and sent with DHL International Express from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

          A flat rate of $10 will apply to orders with a value under $190.

          Tracking is provided with every order so you can follow your Kulani Kinis on its journey from us to you!

          After placing and paying for your Kulani Kinis, your order is processed and sent the following business day. International orders take 3-4 business days to arrive from date of dispatch (shipping time varies per destination). Kulani Kinis will not assume responsibility for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent. Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within the ordinary time frame described previously, please email us at info@kulanikinis.com. Orders will require a signature on delivery.

          Can I Exchange or Return my Kulani Kinis items?

          Yes! We have return addresses in both Sydney Australia and in Los Angeles USA so you can mail it to your closest spot.

          Please note: The shipping cost to return your item to Kulani Kinis for your exchange is at your own expense and we recommend using a postal service which allows tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Our prices include Canadian duties and taxes which are paid to your Canadian government - we cannot refund these should you choose to exchange or refund.
