Ordering A Different Size Top and Bottom
All of our bikinis are sold as separate tops and bottoms so you are welcome to purchase your top and bottom in different sizes.
Mystery Tops and Mystery Bottoms are separate items - these aren't sold a Mystery Set :)
Mystery pieces don't match and are chosen randomly. We are not able to accommodate special requests for specific styles, cuts, prints, or colors at this time.
Mystery Items can include one-of-a-kind samples and beautiful retired prints that we love and aren’t completely ready to say goodbye to. Our hope for mystery items is that they allow you to be surprised, test new styles, and purchase pieces at a great price.
Our Mystery pieces are final sale and can not be returned for a refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchanged.
Sold Out Items & Restocking
If there is an item that you want, but it is out of stock add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email, then clicking submit. It's that simple! We will email you when it becomes available again.
Items in the Sale Section will not be restocked once they are sold out.
Additionally, if we don't cater for your current measurements, please email us at email@example.com with our products you are interested in and we will take this feedback into account for future runs.
Store Credit, Gift Cards, and Discount Codes
To apply a store credit, gift card, or discount code, first, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a “Gift Card or Discount Code” field on the right hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply to see the price drop reflected.
To apply both a store credit or gift card code and a discount code, please just be sure to enter all store credit and gift card codes before entering your discount code.
Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
If you are having trouble applying your store credit, gift card, or discount code, first, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you place an order and forgot to enter your discount code, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the code you would like to be applied and we will adjust the price of your order if it abides by the terms and conditions of the promotion.
Checkout Not Working
First of all, our apologies! Sometimes when you return to your cart and complete your purchase, difficulties can arise. Often, your checkout will complete if you clear your history/cache and/or reset your browser.
Please also check your payment method. We accept payment through Kulani Kini Gift Cards, Afterpay, PayBright, Paypal, as well as American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Japan Card, Mastercard, and Visa credit and debit cards. Payments through pre-paid cards (i.e. Vanilla Visa, etc.) are not accepted.
Should your payment be declined, we highly suggest reaching out to your bank directly for assistance as they will best be able to assist.
Please also confirm that your email address and shipping address are correct and your shipping address is clear and understandable before submitting your order, as an invalid shipping address could cause an issue with submitting your order.

We will send an email to confirm your order to the email address you provide at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your inbox. We recommend checking your junk mail or spam folder as well if you do not see the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please send an email to us at email@example.com.
