Returns & Exchanges

What is our return policy?

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from this website in new condition with tags and liners attached within 20 days of purchase for a full refund on the cost of product.

All unworn items that were purchased at full price or with a discount of 15% or less and in new condition with tags and liners attached can be returned within 20 days of purchase for a full refund.

Any full price item purchased with a discount code for 25% or more is not eligible for a refund. We will only offer exchanges or store credit for these orders.

Our prices include duties and taxes which are paid to your government - we cannot refund these should you choose to return

If you return 4 or more items in your order for a refund we will deduct a handling fee of $12 from your refund. This cost is to help cover our expenses with having to collect your pieces, inspect them and then have them shipped back to Sydney Australia. Orders that return less than 4 items will not be subject to this charge.

Please note all items on our sale section are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered.

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

Are returns free?

Our returns process is not free - when setting up your return, you will be directed to purchase and download a return shipping label which can be printed and attached to your return package. The cost of this label in Canada is $10.

This covers the cost of shipping your order back to us in Canada. Your order is then opened and inspected thoroughly. Your order is then shipped back to Australia and processed through our warehouse there. All of that work is pretty good for the cost of two cups of coffee!

Where can I return my order to?

We have return addresses in Canada, Los Angeles USA, London UK and Sydney Australia so you can mail it to your closest spot.

How do I start my return?

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

Not a problem! If tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the pre-paid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

How soon will I get my refund?

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery of your return to our processing facility. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

How does my refund with Afterpay work?

Afterpay will determine how to apply the refund to your order and adjust the payment schedule accordingly so that you are refunded in full. For further questions about your order, please feel free to reach out to Afterpay’s customer service team.

Can I return final sale items?

All items purchased from our sale section are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out to info@kulanikinis.com before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase. If you want personal sizing help please submit your details here.

If I purchased Kulani Kinis at a retail store, can I return or exchange with you?

If the purchase was made at a retail store, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with the place of original purchase as they have access to all your order and payment information and the return must abide by their specific return policy.

Are exchanges free?

If I refuse a delivery of my order what happens?

You are more than welcome to refuse your delivery of your order - however the costs of shipping your order, the cost of shipping your order back to us and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund of that order.

If I sign up to email and get a code, does that change anything?

Not at all! You can still exchange or return if you sign up to our email and use the 10% off code.

I received the wrong pieces in my order. What do I do?

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrectly sized item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@kulanikinis.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
